AB Ventura Contractors

Jose from AB Ventura worked in my condo to repair damages caused by a leaking dishwasher in unit above me. He did a great job. The ceiling had to be opened up, dried out, insulation replaced, kitchen light fixture replaced , ceiling closed up again and repainted to match existing
popcorn ceiling. He did all of it perfectly, knowledgeably and very neatly. He came quickly when it happened and was punctual every day he came. He seemingly can do everything effortlessly and on top of everything, he’s such a pleasant and courteous guy. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We had to get our carpet replaced and a mold remediation due to an HVAC leak. Jose did a wonderful job in walking us through the process, giving estimates about pricing, and was very transparent with us throughout all the work that needed to be done. The mold remediation took two days, along with some other fixes such as repairing drywall and replacing a bathroom exhaust fan. The carpet replacement took one day (about 4-5 hours) for the living room and hallway.

Working with Jose, from AB Ventura Contractors, was truly a pleasure! The man knows his business, very skilled, polite, and personable. His crew of workers are also superb!! He painted our entire condo/ apartment and everything came out very crisp, clean & a very professional job! We highly recommend AB Ventura Contractors for your next home improvement job. You won’t have any regrets. Honesty is the best policy; Jose stands by his words!
