Very good service. Highly recommend them for parts for kioti tractors. All of the staff I talked to was very professional.

Bought a Landmaster side by side from them. It was easy to purchase but getting warranty work was not.
The rear differential was leaking when new. They said they would look into it. I left it there for a week and they said it was too full of oil, so they drained some out and was going to order a new seal to have on hand if it leaked. I picked it up and it still leaked drops now and then but I needed it to work on my lease before deer season. I checked the seal leak daily and one day all the oil drained out overnight.
Brought it in, thinking they ordered the seal a month before but they didn't even remember telling me that. Another month of it sitting in the shop, I called and they said they were waiting on Landmaster to send the seal. I got in touch with Landmaster customer service and they told me when it was ordered and when it was delivered.
Abell and Sons ordered the seal a week after I brought it in for repair, and the seal was there delivered in 3 days, but the service department said they were waiting on Landmaster. When I told them what Landmaster told me, they fixed it in 2 days, but didn't call me when it was done. I called to find out what the hold up was and the service manager said it was done, they were waiting on me to pick it up.
I was told many things by Abell and Sons that were not exactly the truth, I learned an important lesson about purchasing anything from them and about their customer service. They were caught in several lies, only because Landmaster reported to me what was done on their end.
I will have to learn to work on my own equipment because their service is so bad and they lied to me, I have no trust in that business.
I had to purchase a used 4 wheeler to try and finish up my lease work before hunting season starts, now I have a used 4 wheeler I will have to take a loss on to get rid of. I over paid for it, but I had to have something to work with in order to hunt.
Be careful, they will do everything they can to make a sale, but they don't do very well on service and honesty.

A bit pricey, but friendly staff. Yet another place I do a good bit of business there. I will continue to use them as along as they are good to me.

I shopped 4 dealerships in both Texas and Louisiana, and Ryan put together a package that beat the next closest dealership by $1,500. He ordered all new implements and had everything ready to go when I got back from vacation. Brandon was very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend these guys.
