🚩 PUBLIC WARNING: Avoid Auto Servus in NebraskaI wanted to share a terrible experience to help my neighbors avoid a major headache. I trusted Auto Servus with an engine replacement, even bringing them a rebuilt engine I had already paid for.Not only did they do a poor job, but a second mechanic confirmed that the shop swapped my new engine for a used one without my knowledge. When I tried to address this, they stopped answering my calls.It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way, especially by someone I thought I could trust. 10/10 would recommend. My car broke down on the side of the road. I stumbled upon this place through my insurance company. I’m really glad I did. I got it towed there and called ahead. They told me they’d be glad to take a look at it. Right off the bat it was a positive experience. They called me as soon as my vehicle was done and explained the situation. If I ever run into car trouble again I won’t hesitate to give them another try. I was very appreciative of their hasty work and friendly attitude!

I got my brakes replaced here and will not use this place again. The brakes have been scrubbing and squeaking ever since they got replaced. I've taken the vehicle back and was initially told by the mechanic who replaced them that he didn't hear anything so there was nothing wrong. He then told me to "drive fast and try to slam on the brakes a few times and that should help." Then I was told that some people's brakes just squeak because of the moisture in the air. I have never had any issue with my brakes making that noise until I got them replaced. I finally gave up on them and went to another business to get my brakes looked at and fixed, and now they are perfect!
