They performed a 4 wheel alignment on my Chevy Equinox. When I picked up the vehicle, the inside part of the drivers door was covered in dirt. Also, 1 month after the alignment, my right rear camber adjustment bolt came loose causing the alignment to go full negative camber and destroying the wheel bearing. I’m luck the control arm didn’t fully come loose and cause me to have an accident.
I would not recommend this place!

Friendly and flexible! They have integrity like no other mechanic I've been to in Anchorage. Tom is upfront and knowledgeable just like Bonnie is.
I called them sometime last year around closing time saying my trucks check engine light started blinking, and with no hesitation they told me to come by because it could be dangerous to drive. That was my first experience with them and haven't been to another mechanic since.
I gave them 5 stars, but they are busy and backed up.... that's for a reason. People trust this place.
