After the experience I just had with the Kenmore location...never again!
This situation is why people can't trust mechanics!
Brought my 2 yr old Bradley mower to be looked at - key words!
Bison Turf just went ahead and started fixing it...never 1 call we always had to call them.
When it was brought in last Friday all that was said was it could possibly be this or that...basically had no idea what the problem might of been.
Husband called this morning was told it wasn't even looked at, then 1 hr later exactly called my husband back and said it was ready.
When it was first brought in told us our very expensive warranty covered it. NOPE! LIARS!
Ended up getting charged full boat...the Manager did absolutely Nothing, he lied right to my husbands face saying a call was made and told the issues. No calls made we have call log history to prove it.
This place is an absolute disgrace!
Lost us as customers and others should look else where too!

Bison turf had our machine for a couple of weeks due to parts on back order. A job well done. Runs great. We'll be back again!!! Willie and Mike did a good job keeping us in touch with the repair and status. Will recommend them for all lawn care needs.

Amazing staff, I believe Ryan was my salesman.
Picked up a bradley 36" mower, needed it ASAP. Told him we were paying cash and he said go grab it and everything will be ready when you get back. Sure enough everything was set.
Never tried selling me on something, gave tips and much more. Thanks for all the help! Will return for a 48" next season.
