Blue Star RV

We recently traded in our old camper at Blue Star RV to upgrade to one that better fits our growing family.

They gave us a fair trade-in value, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Josh in Sales was friendly, personable, and easy to work with. There was never any pressure, and he made the experience enjoyable. Jared in Finance made all the paperwork quick and painless.

They did a great job cleaning and preparing it before delivery. The service technician also took plenty of time to walk us through everything and answered all of our questions, making sure we felt comfortable before leaving.

After bringing it home, I noticed a seal that I wanted replaced. I contacted Blue Star RV, and they quickly offered to take care of it, which really showed they stand behind what they sell.

Overall, we're very happy with our purchase and the customer service we received. I'm glad we chose to do business with Blue Star RV and support a family-owned business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a camper.

Michael responded to my Facebook listing for our RV. I was a little skeptical at first about the possibility a dealer was reaching out on FB. He was very responsive to messages, provided me his number and information right away, easy and fair to negotiate with. The whole process was actually quite smooth and stressless. He and Stephanie walked us through everything and we were able to get our RV sold pretty quickly and mostly hassle free(my bank’s fault not Bluestar).
