My deck had a lot of rotting wood due to neglect from previous owner. I reach out to several contractors but Bora Construction was the most responsive and easiest to work with when it came to providing a reasonable estimate and timeframe to get the work done. I am completely happy with the work and will use them for any additional repairs I may have in the future.

After extensive research on local roofing companies, we hired Bora for the job — a total roof replacement and new decking for our flat-roof townhouse in downtown Jersey City.
Nick and the team at Bora were extremely communicative, prompt and transparent throughout the entire process. When they unexpectedly found rotted wood beneath our existing roof, they invited us up to see the damage for ourselves and worked with us on a solution that didn’t break the bank.
We are extremely satisfied with the results: both the integrity of the new roof itself and the final look with the IPE decking. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and attention to detail was exceptional.

I recently hired Bora Construction to work on several projects for my home, including a new roof, gutters, siding, exterior painting, pavers, and front stairs — and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, reliable, and highly skilled.
They paid close attention to every detail and made sure each part of the job was completed with excellent craftsmanship. The crew arrived on time every day, kept the work area clean, and communicated clearly about the schedule and progress.
