We came in to check out Class B’s and met Erik Burkett at the front door. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a number of options. He answered all our questions honestly and thoroughly. It was a very good sales experience. We are leaving with a new Thor Palladium and are looking forward to seeing the country. We also met the Sales Manager, Brad Elkins. We just recently purchased our first travel trailer from Bretz RV and it was a great experience. From beginning to end they were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Erik was wonderful! Literally the best experience with Erik at Bretz. From our very first conversation until the final sale. As a business owner myself customer service matters most. Erik and his team saved us from a bad experience at a different boat place in billings. He was so patient and wonderful with our children and made sure we saw all our options for our budget. Best experience ever. Not only was he educated in boats he made sure we left educated in them as well. So happy we made the stop. Thanks Bretz and Erik! Bretz is a great place with friendly staff and knowledgeable sales help. They offer many different kinds of travel trailers, fifth wheels, vans, boats, pick up trucks along with camping supplies, and propane. They also have a place for 8 RVs to park overnight as guests. The spots have electric and trash.
