Helpful staff! They sell Agco parts as well as Kinze, and Bobcat probably others too. Also a reasonable selection of oils and other products necessary for equipment and farming needs. Easy to get too right off the highway.

My experience with this company has been excellent! Even though we live 45 miles from Brookfield I was so impressed with Brandon after calling Brookfield Tractor to look for a new zero-turn mower, that I decided to purchase a new commercial zero-turn mower from Brandon. He was extremely accommodating, polite, and helpful. I plan on doing more business with this company in the future.

The sale was easy. But the service was horrible. Had to go to another dealer to get it fixed without the run around. I wouldn't go back if they gave me a new tractor.

Was ready to buy a 30K+ tractor but they don't know how to ship. Found a dealership that ships for free to lower 48 and was further away from this dealer but didn't have the tractor and options I wanted in stock. At first salesman was very helpful with quick responses to emails. Then when it came to shipping after sale I didn't hear anything for a couple days. Emailed salesman asking if I should just email owner to see if he can figure out shipping. He did finally respond to that email with question marks. I said ready to move forward but its been a couple days and haven't heard from you. His response was I reached out to a couple trucking companies we use to inquire about their price. I was like this is news to me, I'd think an email letting me know would've been nice to keep me in the loop? The last statement in my email was LMK. Waited another couple days and nothing. Emailed asking if he heard back from the trucking companies. Going on 4 days and no response to that. Don't really care as I gave up on them way before this but just wanted to give them a chance to see if they'd do what they said they would. Don't buy here!!
