Brookside Equipment Sales

Not one to write reviews good or bad, but felt I needed to after the great experience I had with Brookside. I purchased a dozer and the sales person Matt was excellent. So easy to talk to and work with. He let me and my partner test out the machine on our own and gave us plenty of time to look the machines over. The entire experience from checking out the machine to having them deliver it was probably the easiest large purchase buying experience of my life. Very happy with the machine as well, it's exactly what they said it was.

We’ve been in business for over 30 years, (ProQuality Demolition out of Youngstown Ohio) I never give reviews on anyone’s site, but I had to go to the next level with this company! Long story short I purchased a tractor off of them, Roger and his team made sure everything was perfect!!! I can’t stress out the word perfect, with this company!!!! I was 100% happy even after I purchased the truck I had questions and needed help.. From the first conversation till three months after owning the vehicle, Brookside Equipment treated me like red carpet from the beginning till the very end! All I could say to everyone that’s considering buying something here even if it’s a little more than you’re expecting to pay it’s definitely worth it!!! First class company hands-down!! I have recently purchased a backhoe from Brookside and took delivery last night. It's a very nice, well-maintained machine.

Living in a different state, I couldn't take time away from work to look at the unit, so I requested a video of this specific machine. A day later I had my video, but not only that, upon further inspection Matt found that the tower pins had a tiny bit of play, and sent a video along of that as well.

On my end I had one problem after another getting the money around to take care of this transaction and Matt was extremely patient with me, even though the unit was on the lower end of the cost spectrum for the equipment in their yard... Not a single word in annoyance did I hear from the man.

I will be purchasing more equipment in the future, and will most certainly be hitting Brookside's website to see if they have what I need.
