This place is an absolute joke. If I could give less than one star I would. Their service department is a disgrace. Zero knowledge and always 2 weeks away from getting to your equipment. 3 years in a row calling them in May and they’re always 2 weeks away from getting to you. Last year my pto belt would come off of my zero turn continuously and to fix it, they only replaced the belt. Didn’t actually fix the problem causing it. Just wants to charge you for new parts and tell ya “it’s fixed”. You’re better off to go literally anywhere else, I can’t say enough bad about this joke of a business and I hope their pockets feel it soon!

Reviews
Write oneI had a very disappointing experience with Bush Machine & Tractor Co and would strongly caution others to verify everything independently before purchasing.
I purchased a Pathslayer compact implement from this dealership, which requires a minimum of 8 GPM hydraulic flow. The tractor it was paired with does not meet that requirement without additional equipment. Both the tractor manufacturer and the implement manufacturer have since confirmed that this setup is not recommended.
The dealership had also listed the tractor as already having a third function installed. I then paid separately to have a rear remote added. In email communication with the owner, he attempted to present the sale of the incompatible Pathslayer and the rear remote as if I was receiving some sort of discount. Later, he claimed that the rear remote was essentially “traded” for the third function—despite the third function already being included with the tractor as advertised. This was confusing at best and misleading at worst.
In addition, the third function hydraulic hoses are leaking fluid. When I sent the owner photos documenting the issue, he acknowledged the leak but dismissed it by saying it’s “not like I’m losing liters of fluid,” and suggested I should just live with it. That response alone reflects the level of after-sale support I received.
Additionally, the salesperson included a “free” used box blade. However, it came without bottom pins, was missing ripper shanks, and is not compatible with an IronCraft quick hitch. When I raised these issues, I was made to feel ungrateful rather than having the concerns addressed.
To make matters worse, the dealer acknowledged they have sold this same incompatible Pathslayer setup to multiple customers.
This experience raises serious concerns about sales practices, product knowledge, and accountability. Selling incompatible equipment, misrepresenting included features, dismissing mechanical issues, and deflecting legitimate concerns after the sale is unacceptable. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution and independently verify all specifications, compatibility, and included components before making a purchase.
They made it incredibly easy to purchase a tractor. We were in and out in 30 mins or so. Very friendly, helpful staff. We looked on a Saturday, signed papers on the following Monday. The tractor was delivered to us on Tuesday. I would recommend them to anyone.
This was by far, the best experience I had in the tractor buying process!! Ryan is a true professional. I'm confident that the "after the sale" will be just as strong. There's no reason to look any further. Get er done!!
Great experience with buying a rotary mower and with the folks at the parts desk. I bought a Ironcraft 1204 and am very pleased with it. Hope we can do business again soon!
