Needed a deck belt for my Cub Cadet lawn tractor. I bought the tractor there and have had preventive mantanice done on the equipment. Always have what I need, an old school farm equipment store..good people there..

Horrible customer service. Took them a month to tell me my tractor wasn’t worth fixing, bought a used one from them and that took a month before I received it from them. Once I received tractor was dirty didn’t even attempt the clean it up in anyway and my tractor runs rougher then it did when I test drove it. I would think after spending almost 20 grand with them they could at least clean it up and make sure it operated properly.

Warranty work is big problem with this place. They never seem to fix the problem. Last time it was taken in for Warranty work, they kept 7 days, put new blade on , not needed or informed they were going to do and charged 200.00 plus. Picked up for Warranty work, Keith at no time told me there was a charge to pick up. I would not recommend Carleton Farm to anyone.
