We have been in our new home for a few months now and we absolutely LOVE it! We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Cary and Terri Smallwood and all the Carrington team. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful each step of the way. From Chase bringing our ideas to life in the design process, to Cary and Cole overseeing everything throughout the entire course of the build, and Terri helping us to make it all beautiful. We love our new home built by Cary and Terri and team at Carrington Creek. The staff were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. And that included extra effort expended accommodating our schedule around living out-of-state while building in Fort Smith. From the beginning we were impressed with the included amenities and the creative customizations as we molded the baseline design into our own space. Once completed the attention to detail and craftsmanship in the work really stood out. The few issues that inevitably showed up in the pre-buy inspection were dealt with quickly and without any drama leaving us with a home we're proud to own.
