Just had a Generac whole-house generator installed by Cason's Equipment on Congress St. in Lowell and couldn't be more satisfied. They handled everything — permitting, scheduling, inspections, invoicing — I didn't have to lift a finger.
They also gave me a heads up when Generac was running an extended warranty promotion, which I really appreciated. Wouldn't have known about it otherwise.
Easy to work with start to finish. Highly recommend.

Cason went out of their way to fix my aging Husqvarna tractor. They not only fixed the problem the tractor was brought in for but at no extra cost they came up with a couple of custom repairs for other problems my tractor was having. On top of that, they even picked up the transportation cost. Everyone at the store was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Cason Equipment.
