I’ve had mixed experiences regarding sales with this company. But very recently I had a serious issue with a piece of machinery that I got from these- without this piece of machinery, our day-to-day operations would be able to stand still.
Ed in the parts department was unbelievably efficient and easy to work with -we had the part
Manufactured and overnighted by a third-party and it was on my doorstep two days later. Huge thanks and shout out to Ed in parts!!! A company that sells equipment is only as good as the support it can provide.

I have purchased multiple commercial units from this company. My commercial blower which I bought for around 10k had the engine blow with 196 hours, stored inside and used 1 month out of the year, routine oil changes. The machine at the time was 2-3 weeks past warranty. So ultimately I paid 10k for a piece of equipment that lasted 3 months of use.
I brought it to a mechanic who told me exactly what was wrong in about 15 minutes or less. He told me this is not right and bring it to Chappell
I contacted the sales person who sold it to me, no response
I brought it in and told the service department what was wrong with it he said it’s out of warranty and he’ll see what they can do. 2 days later I had to call over and they said they were able to diagnose it then repeated to
Me what I told them was wrong and then charged me 140 bucks to repeat to me what I told them, plus shop supplies, I never okayed this diagnosis charge to begin with, then they wanted me to okay 2 more hours of diagnosis
I asked and then what. I was told we’ll either keep working to diagnose or start fixing it. My answer was I’m supposed to spend thousands more on a machine that has already failed before 200 hours. After I was told that it was a tough situation and maybe I should buy a new one with a new warranty. Great advice.
I took my machine away from them, where I paid my scam bill, bought the parts my mechanic told me to buy and he fixed it within a couple hours. I then asked 2 other dealers how they would have handled this situation. Both said they would work with me at least contact Ferris about the issue, one said they would have honored the warranty and said the machine had been in the shop before warranty expired,
Chappel just wanted to charge more and more money. I personally will not return here to purchase even bar oil, I recommend if your going to spend thousands on equipment do it with somebody that will stand behind what they sell

I dropped my B7510 HST off to repair a failed rear axle seal. The Service team provided answers to my questions and once I finally decided to have Concord Chappell repair my machine, I was pleased to have a quick turnaround with a cost that came in under the original estimate. Attention to detail was most impressive to me in that the Repair Tech had taken the time to clean up the hydraulic fluid that had leaked and migrated onto the backhoe subframe. I typically don't allow others to repair my equipment (due to lack of trust on my part) however my experience at Chappell Tractor in Concord, NH erased all of those concerns! Simply excellent work.
