As always very pleasant great service nice atmosphere can depend on CHauvin Brother to have the original equipment part in stock for you equipment looking forward too my next visit

I would not recommend or waste your time for service. They don't know anything about fixing tractors. Gary Chauvin takes calls, but talks to customers like you're inconveniencing him... he was rude and condescending. I agree with another review that called them thieves.

Why is it that whenever I call to order parts for a Bad Boy Mower, Chauvin's doesn't have them in stock. Yes they can order them for me, but I can order them myself on the Bad Boy site. What I want is to drive over and pick them up the same day. This has happened the last four times I called.
Isn't a dealer required to have a certain amount of stock on hand? Nice people but need more inventory.

Chauvin brothers will cash your check with a smile,....then proceed to provide excuse after excuse as to why they cannot deliver the equipment you paid for...lie to you about delivery dates, then give another excuse followed by yet another lie...the equipment is good, prices are fair, but the quality and character of the ownership is exceedingly poor. In hindsight I should have stayed local and paid the extra 2000....it would have been worth it to have my equipment when I needed it. My strongest recommendation is that you buy elsewhere.
