Claris built the first building for me in 2006, and I have gone back to them for even bigger and more ambitious projects because I had a great experience and got a great building everytime, on time. I'd use them again!

Claris (owned by Phil Clark) was a huge part of our success as owners/operators of two BMW dealerships (Ridgefield/Bridgeport). Claris created significant value for us in our long term relationship with them as we developed and built out our dealership property and facilities.
They are creative, strategic, customer focused with a high level of design/build talent and excellent at solving problems and getting project done on time and budget.
I give Claris my highest recommendation!
