Not only are they professional and friendly, they also are convinent! The front desk receptionist was very personable, the work was done at schedule, cleaned and my rental was left with them to pick up! All this makes want to give this location the best rating possible!

How are you classic auto body shop but you don't work on vehicles from the 1999? Also I called around 8:40am you receptions clearly did not want to be there.

Called and told me to drop off my car so we could get parts ordered. Called a few weeks later, to tell me the parts will be a few months but would see what they could do - and "will call you back" .... I never heard back, and my car has now been parked there for almost 2 months, my insurance has maxed out for a rental, and Classic Collision is no longer answering my phone calls, voicemails, or messages.
Edit to reply to Classic Collision's reply: Called my insurance company who spoke with the supervisor there. They *do* have my car - and they *have* spoken with me and my insurance company multiple times. I was able to have my rental agreement extended since they won't give me my car back.
My name isn't a common one. Classic Collision's reply stating I wasn't in their system is a blatant lie - or a bot. And again - I'm unable to get in contact with them after many attempts, so their comment is null.
