Helped guide me through my first time tractor purchase in a pressure free fashion, helping point out where I could save money and providing me real life examples of what the machine I purchased is capable of. Transparent in pricing and works to win you over as a member of their family business. I feel very confident moving forward with their commitment to ongoing service and consumer education.

The whole experience of purchasing my new Kioti CX2510-HST tractor was very pleasant and satisfying. Kathy Ryan was very helpful in answering questions and helping me decide what tractor and which attachments would best fit my needs and my budget. Tyler is very knowledgeable and was able to show me technical and practical things to consider. He was also helpful in training me on the operation of my tractor and attachments when I made the purchase. Jay made the actual purchase closing smooth and easy. I am thankful for the complementary delivery of the tractor and attachments at no cost on the same day of purchase as well.
I also appreciate that Concord Tire includes many features on their tractors which come at additional cost at other dealers—-hooks welded onto loader bucket, thumb on backhoe, choice of tires, and weighted rear tires on tractor.
Very important to me was the courtesy and professionalism of everyone at Concord Tire. My son and I were very impressed that in all our interactions and conversations we never heard any profanity or course language.

As a first time tractor buyer I had a ton of usage and technical questions. The Concord Tractor team was over the top helpful and helped with recomendations for our usage needs.

Post sale for the last few years the team is there for the dumb questions, parts, supplies, and service. They offer pickup and drop off services if your vehicle isn't big enough to tow the tractor in. Prices are very reasonable and I've never felt like just another customer.

10/10 will be going back time and again for implements, attachments, and service.
