I’ve pondered what to write for days. Started 2 different reviews and realized no one has the time to read an entire book on my experience and truthfully words do it no justice. May 18, 2025 a storm came through Desoto County. Josh Tucker with Custom Remodeling walked with me through the whole process. After months of worry and stress dealing with insurance and denials Josh got it done. I have never seen nor experienced the level of customer service I received. Josh is a busy man yet I would’ve thought I was his only customer. After hours, weekends, and sometimes multiple texts a day his response was immediate everytime! He truly cared and was concerned with my situation. My roof has been completely replaced within days of finally being approved through insurance. There’s no number or words that would adequately describe my service. Thank you!Josh Tucker and Custom Remodeling

It was my pleasure to have Custom Remodeling, replace my roof in Cordova Tennessee, after wind and storm damage. Chris and Jessie were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. They always answered our calls whenever we had to reach out to them. The crew who installed our roof were phenomenal all done in one day on a 4k foot home. Our home has flowers around the perimeter, not one flower was damaged. After the roof installation was complete, we couldn't tell they were there. We have received nothing but complements on our new roof. If your looking to have your roof replaced or repaired I highly recommend them. Thanks again to Chris and Jessie for that knock on my door, cause I was at my wit's end and worried about the damage that could've happened to my home if this wasn't taken care of.
