David Price Construction, LLC

My husband Paul and I worked with David Price Construction for a couple of months refining a plan for us to add on a 1st floor bedroom and a sunroom to the home we have lived in for 40 years. Due to a medical issue, we decided not to proceed with the project; however, we wanted to leave a review to express our deep appreciation for David and Sabrina's attentiveness to our wishes and our budget, their patience and expertise in developing a beautiful plan to suit our needs and our budget, and their pleasant and courteous support when we decided not to proceed. Price Construction came highly recommended to us and we gladly pass that recommendation on to others who want a contractor who will listen and respond to your needs.

David Price was exceptional in working on my project for an addition to my home. One of my biggest pet peeves in dealing with a vendor/contractor is communication, and David Price exceeded my expectations. They were in constant communication with me. Any time they had an action item, they gave me an estimate of when they would have it completed, and then completed the item ahead of schedule every time. They were flexible and understanding of my project concepts and reiterations, and were open to working with me where I know other contractors would not be.

Peer Review - As a fellow Remodeler in the Triangle, I wanted to give David and his Team a true shout-out for being one of the Best in our Industry! I have enjoyed getting to know David personally through his leadership as President at the Home Builders Association, and his Team are some of the best and most professional in the industry (GO Jeff, Chris, and Ray). With soooo many clowns in this industry, it is clear that David and his group at DPC are one of the good ones. - Don't hesitate to give them a call!
