I am extremely disappointed with the experience at this shop. I am a widow visiting my adult son in Buffalo. I drove up from FL. I was in ME when my warning lights began cascading. The diagnostic code P0301 was thrown. After mechanic’s failed attempt to fix the problem by replacing spark plugs and one coil the warning lights came on again. I made it to Buffalo and this shop was recommended by locals as a trustworthy Christian company. I made an appointment Friday and explained my situation. They assured me they could help. I specifically asked if they could do fuel injector work since the previous work did not fix the problem. And my research suggests it is a fuel system problem. I shared diagnostic paperwork from a Honda dealer in ME which revealed “running rich”. Donovan told me they could. They told me one of the replacement spark plugs was defective and the other mechanic replace coil #3 instead of #1. They changed spark plug and coil #1. The charge was $264.64. They said the car was fixed. That evening the warnings returned. I had an auto parts store run a diagnostic. Now the problem code is p0172 (fuel system) an ECM failure.I parked the car and rented a car for the weekend. This morning, Monday, I called and Donovan told me this problem is out of their wheelhouse and they cannot refund for work they did that didn’t fix the car. I have to begin the drive back to FL tomorrow hoping I can make it without breaking down. After 3 service centers and almost $1000 nothing is fixed and I am a wreck.

Donovan and his team were absolutely amazing and refreshingly honest! I am purchasing a 80s vintage Cadillac from a reputable Buffalo dealership, but wanted an independent pre-purchase inspection since I am not located in Buffalo. Their mechanic specializes in 70s and 80s cars and was incredibly knowledgeable. Donovan was able to get me scheduled the next day to complete the inspection. He and his entire team were super honest, responsive, thorough and kind. They could have run up my bill with unnecessary repairs, but instead they gave me a detailed account of their inspection and told me they would not recommend any repairs. I would highly recommend them!
