I am loving my Screened Porch built by Dennis Home Improvement! They did such a great job, were on time, completed the project on time, and were respectful and polite the whole time. From the first time I met with Greg Dennis to discuss what I wanted, I felt confident in his understanding of what I wanted and he had wonderful ideas that made my porch very unique. I highly recommend DHI for your next project!

Dennis Home Improvement was so easy to deal with. From the office to the completed project never have we had any contractor that was so honest so professional and did everything that we agreed on in such a timely manner. The crew that came out to do the work did a fantastic job!
When completed the carport met all of our expectations! Thank you Gregg !

My wife and I decided to convert our existing garage to a media room and add a new two car garage. Greg and the team replaced our roof and installed two skylights at the beginning of 2025 and they did an excellent job so there was no question that we wanted Dennis to do this second project. Once we had obtained HOA approval for the plans the work was started. Greg kept us updated as the work progressed and we could not be happier with the finished results. We enjoyed having Greg’s team on site, the attention to detail was amazing and they delivered a wonderful addiction to our home. At no time during the roof replacement or the garage project did I feel the need to monitor what was being done. That peace of mind is invaluable. If we have another project the Dennis team will be doing it.

We hired Dennis Home Improvement to remodel our deck. They did a fantastic job from initial discussions and design all the way through the construction process. The quality of the craftsmanship is superb and the end result is way more stunning than we anticipated. They removed all existing spindle-type railings and replaced them with new hogwire design railings. Also, new support posts were added underneath (it's a 2 story deck) and an A-frame style metal roof was added to match the windows of our house. All of this was done in just under 3 weeks and we were impressed with the work ethic and friendliness of all the various crews. Easy to contact with any questions or concerns and always responsive. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering roofing and/or deck-related work.

We had a great experience working with Greg Dennis and his various teams (builders, electricians, roofers, painters and screen installers). They demolished and rebuilt our screened in porch and back deck. We also had them re-roof our entire house. The team(s) showed up early, worked hard, and had craftsmanship skills. They were always very considerate of our personal property and cleaned up well after each day. The work was completed within the estimated timeframe.
Greg was easy to communicate with and great about checking in on the progress of the project.
Definitely would recommend Dennis Home Improvement, LLC for a new build or “reimagining” an existing outdoor space. We had a great experience; the craftsmanship was excellent, work done within the quoted timeframe (we were blessed with good weather), and very considerate of our property during the process. 10 out of 10!
with Dennis Home Improvement, LLC. Takes about 2 minutes.
