I bought a ATV and 362 New Holland Skid Steer from Dickson County Equipment. The products and service were lacking for the couple of years we had a relationship. I took the ATV in after it was having some trouble. The mechanic said it needed a new engine (12k). I took it to a shade tree mechanic and he said it had too much oil in it and fixed the machine. My New Holland skid steer was constantly breaking down within 600 hours it was used. To be fair, I was clearing land part of the time which is hard on machines. The service was spotty and often the work needed to be redone. Despite this, their attitude was one of condescension. The last trip the mechanic was supposed to make, he just didn't come and left the job undone. I will not be back.
