A Truly Exceptional Experience – A Blessing to Work With!
Working with Direct Construction Services, LLC has been an absolute blessing during one of the most overwhelming experiences we’ve ever faced. After our fire, we didn’t even know where to begin—and finding Direct Construction Services felt like the answer to a prayer. From day one, they stepped in with confidence, clarity, and genuine care, guiding us through every detail of the demolition process.
What impressed us most was their expertise in navigating the complicated maze of city regulations, zoning rules, permits, and the entire fire insurance withholding/escrow process. These are areas that can easily become confusing and stressful, but their team—especially Tim—made everything understandable, manageable, and seamless. They handled every requirement with precision, ensuring everything was done correctly and on time.
A heartfelt thank-you goes to Tim, who was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism and customer service were truly top-tier. He consistently kept us informed, answered every question (and we had plenty!), and responded quickly no matter how big or small the concern. His calm and pleasant demeanor made a difficult situation so much easier to navigate. We honestly could not have done any of this without him.
Direct Construction Services delivered exactly what they promised: steadfast commitment, thorough communication, expert guidance, and a reliable timeline. They took what could have been a nightmare process and turned it into something organized, supported, and as stress-free as possible.
We are deeply grateful for everything they did for us and highly recommend Direct Construction Services without hesitation to anyone in need of a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate partner through a demolition or reconstruction project. They truly go above and beyond.

All of this was done within a week. The tear-down was done in a few hours on day one. They next day they did a partial clean up leaving the basement uncovered for city inspection. Once the inspection was okayed Mr. Drake's crew came in covered the hole and did a complete cleanup. I was very impressed with the quality, value and professionalism from Direct Construction Services, LLC. He even hauled away the debris from the property next door. I highly recommend this company!
