Ditch Witch Southwest

Ditch Witch of New Mexico is a dependable partner in the HDD industry. Their team is experienced, easy to collaborate with, and always quick to meet customer needs. We’ve seen their commitment firsthand in providing drilling contractors with the right equipment and support to ensure projects run smoothly.

We’re proud to work with Ditch Witch of New Mexico as a DrilRite dealer and appreciate the value they bring to contractors in the Albuquerque area. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable HDD products and excellent service.

First off I'd like to mention that every time we come in here to purchase equipment they treat you like you're not important, always blowing you off when we ask for quotes when we are ready to purchase. I know Ditch Witch makes a good product so I'm not bashing on them, it's the customer service at this branch that is absolutely terrible. This has been going on for years. We run an Excavating business and when we need equipment we need it fast not whenever they feel like it. Everytime they call asking why we wont do business with them it always ends up the same way. We will stick with Vermeer.
