E & D Contracting LLC

I would not recommend this company.

They handled my neighbor’s repair job, and it took over two years just to make any meaningful progress. Even after all that time, the quality of the work was very poor and nowhere near construction standards.

Between the delays, poor workmanship, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience to see and was sad to see it go for so long and so much money for little to no work.

We recently hired E&D Contracting for a kitchen remodel, including a new sink and countertop, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire project was completed within the projected time-frame and within budget, which exceeded our expectations.

From start to finish, communication was clear and effortless. They did a fantastic job understanding our vision and executing it. The team showed up on time, kept the workspace tidy, and treated our home respectfully. They kept us updated daily on the progress, and promptly addressed any questions or minor concerns we had. This transparency made the entire process stress-free. Their workmanship is excellent, and the finished kitchen looks beautiful. We love how bright and modern the space is and how the new kitchen perfectly reflects the design we dreamed of.

We highly recommend E&D to anyone looking for quality work, efficient service, and professional remodeling experience!

The workers at E&D contracting are top notch. Not only are they polite and professional, but they also worked to ensure that we as the customer were satisfied with their work. I am sure that I was not the easiest customer as I had no idea what to expect with renovations. However, the crew worked diligently throughout the chaos that was my house and helped make it back in to a home. We are truly grateful for your services. Thanks again.

Darryl and his crew were excellent! Not only are they professional, fast, and friendly, they far exceeded my expectations. They really helped me after a nightmare of contractors for my remodel project.

I came across this company when searching for bathroom remodelers in Anchorage. It's a long story, but my previous contractor was not able to complete my master bathroom and had done a poor job with the tiling and overall job. It was suppose to be a curbless shower and handicap accessible, but his crew was unable to do it appropriately, and water went everywhere. Then, their solution was to tile on top what they had already done and make a curb... Expensive lesson learned - hire a contractor who SPECIALIZES in the area of your project.

I was feeling pretty defeated and apprehensive when looking for a new contractor, as this would be the third attempt to get this bathroom done (plus the expense). However, Darryl and his assistant, Mariah, came to my home and were very thorough about the process. They were also sympathetic to my situation and worked with me on a reasonably priced bid.

Mariah took the time to go shopping with me for materials and coordinate the style I was looking for. His crew was very efficient and skilled in tiling and communicative, and they were able to complete the bathroom quickly (a big shout out to Garcy, he is truly a master of tiling). Alex (and another member of the crew, his name escapes me) was another person who did a great job at completing the rest.

They did such a good job that I hired them for extra work non-bathroom related. This was a godsend, as it was lots of small things that I needed to get completed by a deadline for upcoming guests. They fit me in their schedule and made it happen!

Thank you to everyone who was involved. I highly reccomend to give E & D Contracting a try. Good help is hard to find.
