Jonathan was an amazing project manager! He helped us get everything handle and get a great deal. They gave us a great price for the quality of work and materials. He made the whole experience seamless. Our 16,000 sqft roof is on a 3 story home and a tough incline. I would recommend Elm to anyone needing roof work, big or small.

Great experience with our roof replacement. They fixed a leak on our front porch by building a cricket, and the problem is completely resolved. Jonathan was the project manager and handled everything professionally from start to finish. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jonathan was amazing to work with! From start to finish he kept his word, showed up on time, and made the whole process super easy.
He even helped me with financing, which made things stress-free.
The patio cover and deck look beautiful and very professional, you can tell he really cares about quality.
I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor!

We’re really happy with how our roofing project turned out. Jonathan, the project manager, was awesome - super responsive, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. Communication with him and the team was easy the whole way through, and everyone was professional and respectful on site.
