Had a top-notch experience working with ESI on my project. As anyone who has rented equipment knows, rentals are expensive and all kinds of problems can arise. But ESI was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible. When I ran into issues, their tech came over immediately and took the time to get everything fixed. ESI's business practices played a big role in helping me get everything done correctly and (more or less) on-budget. If you happen to rent a JCB T65 and see a little bit of blue overspray on the guardrails, that was from a totally satisfied customer who is happy to have his project done right. I would absolutely rent from ESI again.

ESI and, Erik in particular, were amazing! Having no previous experience, I rented a U27 excavator for a week’s worth of work at my cabin. They provided expert instruction, talked me through nuances of the machine, and delivered the equipment to me. When I had a mechanical issue, they very quickly dispatched a maintenance team, to my remote cabin, to rectify the issue. I highly recommend ESI, and will definitely rent from them again - it will likely be a weekly summer tradition for my cabin!
