Frey Construction

We worked with Frey to screen in the front porch of our 100+ year old house. We got excellent advice and guidance in making aesthetic choices from Kyle Juntunen. The team that did the installation was knowledgeable, skilled and pleasant to work with. They consulted with us about making changes to our plan as the vagaries of our old house were discovered along the way. We are very, very pleased with the way our new screened porch looks and with our experience working with Frey.

Our home's 11' x 11' screen porch had bare vinyl over concrete foundation, with bare screens on three sides (as shown in "before" pic with light-colored vinyl floor). It was pretty nice on mild days, but when it rained the floor would get filthy fast, and the porch was not usable when the temperature dropped. We wanted something more resilient to weather.

Frey rebuilt the porch, installing four-track vinyl windows, a heated tile floor, a new exterior door, and a new ceiling fan with summer and winter modes. Huge improvement! We've been enjoying the space immensely ever since. Even on cold but sunny days, the porch warms up nicely, making winter days feel cozy rather than frigid.

We cannot recommend Frey highly enough: very professional, friendly, and detail-oriented folks who do great work.

My wife and I contacted Frey, in regards to a roof and gutter job due to a new roof leak that had developed, on our forever home.
After the roof and new gutters were installed, we were extremely happy with the final results and the speed at which it was completed.
The following spring, we noticed some issues with overfollowing rain water from the gutters.
After a consult, we decided that the type of trees we have, didn't work well with the gutter guard that was installed. We were offered an upgrade to premium gutter helmet on the upper story and wide mouth gutter outlets to alleviate the water issue.
Frey was very good to work with to find a price that fit both of our needs, with regards to the upgrade.
During the short wait to schedule the new gutterguard, we had some storm damage and required some soffit repairs. I contacted Frey, and they said they could repair the soffit when they came out to do the gutter job.
We are very happy with our new upgrades and would recommend Frey for any roof and gutter project.
