Just awesome work and informative. Cory was really helpful. Fast and efficient. Way better then any dealership. Where you would be waiting for weeks or months at worst. Yes there is still always a waiting time. Yes your not the only customer. Haha just let these fellas work and you will be reunited with your beater with a heater or new/used ride again. Haha Just tried these guys out due to everything we brought something to the dealership it seems to come out worst or just never see it till next year. Lol 😆 🤣

Recently, FrontLine did some required repairs and a wheel alignment on my Silverado. I dropped the truck off in the morning, the work was completed and I was back driving it before noon. Excellent customer service and I couldn’t be more pleased. A good honest shop. BTW, my pick-up has felt this good on the road since it was new, 16 years ago.

Russ and the whole crew are great to work with. I am a long time customer been with them since they used to be called The Front End Shop. I recently had a custom truck built in Ohio, they didn’t complete the install correctly and the truck squeaked. They got all the loose bolts on the spring shackle tightened up and balanced the tires and it runs so much smoother with no squeaks. I really appreciate the fact that they take the care to keep your vehicle clean, I have been to many other shops and dealers in this town where you get your immaculately clean vehicle back with grease stains and smudges in the interior which is really disappointing. The standard of quality of work and care is top notch. What I like about Russ and his crew is you feel like they actually care about doing a good job, they take care of your vehicle with respect to your investment, they are car guys themselves, and just good all around people. Will see you guys again soon for the next project! Thank you!!!

Edit* brought another truck in for transmission issue, I gave them authorization to replace it as another shop advised if needed, Tech used a clutch relearning program to reset my shift parameters and advised to drive it before replacing……literally who does that in this town. I’m blown away by these guys service. Could have handed me a $10k plus bill for a transmission but I ended up with under $1000 bill and they also replaced 2 broken sway arm links in the process. Oh and so far it’s been running smooth as butter. Thanks again for being a good honest shop who actually troubleshoots and not your typical dealership style parts replacers. 10/10 love these guys.

These guys did a great job and got things done fast. Cory was the guy who was helping me out. My car would crank but not start, he called in a Subaru specialist to check out the vehicle and they realized my ECU was dead, and they picked one up from a scrap yard. They got my car running well before expected at a great price!

Its been a while but i want to warn everyone.

My truck has been to this place twice in just over a year. First one costly roughly 11k.

Secondly, over the winter my truck needed new battery and radiator. Paid 1.3k whilst the guy was shaking and taking my card.

Upon picking up my truck, they disconnected something so I cannot tell if it's in drive park neutral or reverse.

Once noticed, I went back into the store and defensively the 2 mechanics were like its the just the dimmer switch... they said they would reschedule it, I had to rebook and then got ghosted.

As I left their shop, My exhaust was away from the manifold and held on by 1 clip so when I drove away after paying that much money. my exhaust fell off as i was coming off of the highway.

I couldn't believe it, I feel like this was done on purpose after SPEAKING to the two 2 mechanics and the shakey dude who took my bank card. Something felt off and funny enough my exhaust falling off 30 minutes later made it make more sense.

At this point im warning everyone not to go here. stay away from them.

I know people and they were very reputable of the Owner and but this obviously does not roll over to his employees.

This probably won't ever get resolved because they will try and get more money out of me and it's not happening.

Overall 12k in repairs for an older 1500. My exhaust is broken now and still can't tell which gear I'm in!
