Gateway Construction, LLC

This builder handled our project with a structured and professional approach. They created a clear plan and timeline, which made it easier to follow progress. There were a few delays due to weather, but they communicated properly and adjusted schedules. The team maintained a clean site, which was a good sign of organization. The final outcome looks well-built, and the finishing quality is quite good. It feels like a durable home that was constructed with care.

I’ve toured several Gateway Construction floor plans in both Cheyenne and Casper, Wyoming, and I’m consistently impressed. These are well-built homes with smart, functional layouts that make everyday living easy. Gateway delivers great build quality at a solid price point — you can tell they care about both design and durability. If you’re looking for a reliable home builder in Wyoming, Gateway Construction should be at the top of your list.

We absolutely love the house we designed with Gateway. From the design process to closing and moving in, Gateway has been great to work with. We have had the pleasure to work with Matt, Kauner and Jeff, all of which have been prompt in response, professional and friendly. The quality of this home far exceeds home builders we have used in the past. They are quick with warranty issues and keep us updated on any delays there might be. We have and will continue to recommend this company to our friends and family.
