I make a 125 mile round trip to deal with these folks. My local Kubota dealer does not offer the price or professional service that I get from here. Purchased a Kubota B2601 tractor, with loader and mower, from Green & Sons. My sales guy was Bret. I highly recommend Green, and Bret! I submitted a request for a quote online, and Bret was very quick to respond. I had been researching and getting quotes from more local to me, dealers for a couple of weeks.
Bret and the crew at Green, beat all my previous quotes. I drove an hour and a half for this purchase. When I have another dealer that is 20 minutes from me. And 3 others, within an hour. But Bret taking me serious from the start, (with only an online request) and the price, made my choice easy. I chose to drive a little further. Then when I got home, I realized I was missing a manual to the mower. I emailed Bret. It was after hours and I didn’t want to text or call his personal phone number he had given me. But Bret saw the email and responded with a couple minutes by text to me. Even while he was at home and didn’t have to.

In a world where customer service has severely fell behind with customer expectations your sales associate, Bret, was a breath of fresh air!
The Kubota products definitely sell themselves but Bret made it incredibly easy to order and get installation.
And , most importantly, Bret did exactly what he said he was gonna do in the timeframe he said he was gonna do it in.
If the customer service industry would once again adhere to the outstanding performance that Bret offers things would be so much better.
