Greenway Equipment

Might as well Buy from Lowes and use Local Mechanics or DIY self .
I purchased from Greenway , expecting Quality vs Throw it together Big Corp Lowes ..

Purchased John Deere S180 on July 18, 2025 from Greenway in Bryant Arkansas.
11 months after purchase used twice in 2025 and three times in 2026 with 21hrs total and the Drive Belt came off.
Called Greenway on Friday June 5, 2026 , tried to get them to pick it up that day while I was home cause they do not do pickups or deliverys on sat & sun.
They offered to pick it up on Wednesday June 10th without me being home, but my property is gated.
They asked me to leave it outside the gate .
That required me pushing the mower 1000 feet. ( NO!)
I spent $4000 , not to have to push it .
PLUS ; I am not going to leave a $4000 mower outside of my gated property so ANYONE can just drive up and take it.
I am also not OK with allowing people to just show up on My Property while I am not home and Load up My Equipment ..
The Delay In Pickup was My Issue , I do not blame them .

It was picked up on Friday June 12, 2026 for Warranty Work ( Slipped Drive Belt)

Here is My Problem with Greenway:
I called Wednesday June 17, 2026 at 12:30pm: Told delivery would be Friday June 19, 2026.

June 17 2026 , 4:15pm. I missed a call from Greenway , according to the Message they wanted to SALE ME $182 Air filter & New Blades .

June 17, 2026 , 5:10pm I Returned the Call , Explained All I Wanted Was a Working Mower ( i can change an Air Filter and Blades for less than $182 )

June 19, 2026 8:34am , Excited about being able to mow , I called Greenway for ETA of delivery and was told they were waiting on
MY ANSWER TO SPENDING MORE MONEY ( the $182 air filter & new blades ) as I explained they had my answer on Wednesday June 17. Where is my mower? They explained they would call me back.

June 19, 2026 , 8:57am : They called back with Excuses of back logs, being behind , Lack of communications and How they are doing this as Warranty work and this $4000k John Deere S180 Mower has an Oil Leak, Stuck Spindle added to the Slipped Drive belt and Due to THIER Lack Of Communication from The June 17th phone calls , The Mower HAS NOT BEEN WORKED ON!
They even explained the Mechanic would work on it Saturday JUNE 20 , 2026 with delivery expected MONDAY JUNE 22, 2026..

So They have had my Mower for 7 days and the Warranty Work ( Slipped Drive Belt, Oil Leak and Stuck Spindle) has not been started .
This is what I got for $4000 from Greenway in Bryant Arkansas and I am still waiting .

June 19, 2026 so I am raising my review score from a 1 star to a 3 star , Hopefully all is fixed and this John Deere will live up to its Name .

These guys were on point. They listened to my needs and offered solutions to fit. Bought a new tractor, front end loader, backhoe, box blade, etc. and couldn't be happier! Absolutely love my John Deere and Greenway!

Update: Blew a hydraulic line and had to take it in for service. Blake (Service Manager) and the entire service staff were absolutely awesome! Got me fixed up in short order. Greenway is still #1 in my book!!!
