To the young lady who answered the phone on a Saturday morning you might want to have a review of your job description. Your curt rudeness is not worthy of a service based position. Telling a caller that it is Saturday, and you are busy so they need to find their own part number is ridiculous. As you referenced us to purchase from JD.com then I guess that is what everyone should do. Find your part numbers, and best price online. Halls of windham no longer sells parts, and will not/can not/doesn't want to sell parts. Hope your an owner, because no businesses deserves a representative that tells customers to go elsewhere.

Brought my lawn tractor into Hall in less than stellar condition. They tuned it up, cleaned it up, and got it back to new! Outstanding group of people working there! Thank you!

The team at Hall Implement is fantastic! Bryan made the sales process very easy, and Dave was incredibly generous with his time teaching me how to use my new equipment. As a customer, it was very refreshing to be treated like a friend that was cared about even though we just met. I look forward to doing more business with Hall in the future. These guys have reasonable prices, good staff, plenty of hardware, parts, and everything else you might need for your tractors/snow removal equipment & more. They had a part I needed asap due to a snow storm coming up had I ordered online would've taken a week or so to get .
