Henderson Implement Co.

The parts guy was very nice and helpful, my first time ordering from them and called me when my part came in that had come in earlier than expected. The store was clean their a little further out from me than I hoped for but I would do business with them again. There was also a young lady worked at the counter also and helping an older gentleman and she was very nice talking to him and taking the time to explain something to him. The atmosphere was comfortable being there.

Placed an order for a part on Aug 1st called the following week to check on the status since I was told it would be 5-7 days. When I called the following week was told part was never ordered, so once again asked them to order it. Called multiple times today to get an answer but was always transferred to voicemail which in all the times dated back to the first were never answered with a call back. So after my fourth call today was told it's on back order and don't know when of if they can get it. Was told it's available on Amazon and if I placed order with Amazon I can get it. My response was I can get it on Amazon but you can't get it, why not just tell me that 2 weeks ago.... Uggggg this was my first and last time with Henderson.
