Its not very often you get quality service along with patience and understanding in a male dominated industry. The gentleman in the parts department was extremely helpful, and informative while be patient with me trying to find the information he needed to properly get my parts needed. I was able to pick up the same day, quick in and out. Thanks!!!

We baught our x360 from them many years ago. It still runs great. The parts and service folks have always been great at helping me solve issues that the mower has had. If buying equipment in the future it will be with these guys.

Heritage Tractor, Rogersville, is an abysmal failure. I've spent $160,000 with that location over the past 8-10 years. I had a warranty issue on a new purchase. I left three voice mails over a 2-3 week period and NEVER received a call back. I contacted JD Corporate. They sent at least two messages to contact me. NINE weeks later Heritage Tractor, Rogersville FINALLY calls back. Mind you, I hadn't raised my voice in anger, until today. John Deere corporate blames Heritage Tractor and corporate decided to take no responsibility and passes the buck back to Heritage Tractor, Rogersville, Missouri. The run around game starts. $160,000 customer or $1,000 customer expect ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from Heritage Tractor, Rogersville, Missouri after the sale. I have now spoken to current and former Heritage Tractor employees during this 11 week debacle. All have said Heritage is a disgrace. 11 weeks for a simple warranty issue is abysmal customer service. Consider yourself warned. I'm done with Heritage Tractor, Rogersville, MO and I'm done with John Deere. P.S. Why my review comes up as Jeff O'Neil is beyond me.

Love this place!!!! See Gage he did a great job with our tractor and then helped us with stuff for our grandkids! Absolutely fantastic service!!!! Financing was a breeze and the best around!!! If you thinking about a new piece of equipment definitely give Gage a call!
