Highmark did a great job. They were very familiar with the insurance claims process and helped me navigate a claim that took nearly six months to resolve (through no fault of Highmark). Bill stayed engaged the entire time, was transparent throughout the process, and communicated consistently. The quality of the work was solid. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends.

I recently had an issue with part of my ridge vent capping taking flight in high winds. Keith Hinckle was quick to help when I reached out to High Mark. He assessed the damage, covered the open ridge vent and saw the project through to repair. My ridge vent capping is good as new and you would never know the damage occurred. You can be confident when you reach out to High Mark and especially Keith Hinckle. He walked that roof like he lived up there and made sure there was no other hidden damage. 10/10 would call again.

RG and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof and repairing the interior damage from the recent storms. They were professional, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. RG in particular stood out—he was not only friendly and attentive throughout the project, but even took a moment to listen to me practice my recorder and offered some genuinely kind feedback on my song. That level of care and personality really sets them apart. Highly recommend!

We recently had our roof completely redone, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
RG was the person we worked with, and he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to walk us through every step, answered all of our questions (no matter how small), and made sure we felt confident in every decision. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and genuinely easy to work with.
The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. You could tell they really cared about the quality of their work. Our new roof looks incredible, and the attention to detail is obvious.
What stood out the most was the communication and reliability. RG kept us updated the whole way through, and everything was completed exactly when promised—no surprises, no stress.
If you’re looking for a roofing company you can truly trust, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

We were incredibly fortunate to have given permission to check our roof for wind damage to Keith Hinkle of High Mark Construction, as he said he saw some shingle issues from ground level. Keith provided valuable information about negotiations with home owners’ insurance on having the wind damage of the roof completely covered. He was extremely expedient in providing them with several layers of information they required to prove the necessity of a complete new roof. He is a devoted and knowledgeable professional who is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Highmark Construction given our excellent experience with them.
