Hoover General Contractors LLC

Mason (Field Management Operations) and Justin (Negotiations and Administrative Management Operations) with Hoover General Contractors, along with the contractors (Arturo and other contractors) who worked with them, did an outstanding job repairing the major damaged inside and outside of a wall at my home. From the beginning, they were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the repair process so I knew exactly what to expect.

The quality of their workmanship shows that they take pride in their work. They paid close attention to detail, completed the repair with precision, and left both the inside and outside of the wall looking close to its condition before the damage. They also kept the work area clean and treated my home with care and respect throughout the project.

What impressed me most was their reliability and commitment to doing the job right. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was completed to a high standard before leaving. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result.

I highly recommend Mason and Justin with Hoover General Contractors and the contractors who worked with them to anyone looking for skilled, dependable professionals who deliver quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects.

I highly recommend HooverGC! What started as a very stressful and overwhelming situation was made so much easier thanks to Mr. Ried. He was professional, punctual, understanding, and compassionate throughout the entire process.

Mr. Ried kept me informed every step of the way, addressed my concerns, and made sure everything was completed properly. His communication and attention to detail were outstanding. What could have been a major headache was handled smoothly because of his professionalism and genuine care for his customers.

Thank you, Mr. Ried and the HooverGC team, for your hard work and dedication. I truly appreciate everything you did to help get my home put back together.

We had a great experience with Hoover General Contractors from start to finish. Tammy was extremely helpful in setting up appointments and made the process easy right from the beginning. Justin Austin was also wonderful to work with—he provided a thorough estimate and did a great job communicating and coordinating with our adjusters.

Seth Tucker kept us informed throughout the day-to-day progress, which we really appreciated. The entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We’re very thankful we chose Hoover General Contractors and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quality service.

I had a great experience. I had to get all new hardwoods and my bathroom floor and walls replaced due to a pipe issue. While they were doing the bathroom repairs, I added on moving my shower plumbing to an opposite side to get a glass shower and a new free-standing tub. Everything went fairly well. We did have a little problem with getting a shower door made to fit but the end result is wonderful. I love my new floors and my bathroom! I would recommend them and their work. Everyone was also very nice and professional. Thank you guys!
