Luis and his team did a fantastic job! Ian and the construction team were professional and quick. We got a raised patio and raised sidewalk and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. My husband and I would highly recommend Iconiq and would definitely work with them again for future construction needs. (As you can see in the picture my kids already love it too!)

We got our concrete work and turf installation done through Iconiq. Overall, we had a good experience and are happy with the end results. Our contractor, Augustine, was very helpful and always reachable. There were a few bumps along the way, but in the end, end result looks great. They used good quality materials and did try to resolve any issues and hurdles that came up.

Iconiq Construction did an amazing job on my bathroom project. I was working with a budget, and they helped me get the best result without overspending. The bathroom looks beautiful, clean, and modern, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend them for quality work and honest service.

We had a fantastic experience with Iconiq Construction. Our entire 5-piece primary bathroom had to be replaced after a previous contractor botched a shower tile/pan repair. Iconiq’s five star reviews seemed almost too good to be true, but I can promise you they are not!
From the moment we first met with Sean, our project manager, we knew we had made the right choice. He set us up with Iconiq’s designer who helped us choose and price materials that were right for our space, and provided digital renderings after each choice was made. Sean came by regularly with physical samples of everything we selected to make sure we were happy with the choices. A very clear construction timeline and payment schedule was outlined from the beginning, and they did an amazing job sticking to it.
The two things that really resonate with us in reflecting on our experience with Iconiq are their commitment to high-quality work, and their communicative nature. Anytime we had a question, a comment, or concern, Sean’s response was immediate. He came out daily to check on the progress of the work, and to ensure that things were being done to Iconiq’s high standards.
We couldn’t be happier with the result; the before and after photos say it all! We are looking forward to having them out next year to remodel our kitchen. You cannot go wrong with this company!
