One of the worst Customer Service experiences I’ve ever been involved with purchased a bush hog for my skid steer through this terrible company and it fell apart in 30 minutes. Customer Service blames the user for not ““ checking the system. I would never purchase another piece of equipment from this company and the rest of my life. I encourage you to shop around and buy from another company. Customer Service is terrible stay away

They're okay.
These folks have a pretty good inventory. Probably close to a million dollars worth. Their prices are fairly reasonable compared to their competition. Unfortunately, they give off that small town, contrary attitude.
They rarely answer the phone and they're not good at returning calls in a timely manner. Seems like they would do even more business if they were friendlier and more helpful.
I've purchased from them in the past and will consider them for future purchases.

Everyone there was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.
I had a person tell me about them and only being about 35 minutes away we went and looked and were astonished at all the inventory they had in stock.They didn't have the item I was looking for in stock but said they would have 1 in 2 weeks and are going to call me when it arrives. I told a friend about them on Friday and he went there on Saturday and bought a new piece of equipment. I definitely look forward to doing business with them.
