J.E. Builders

From the very beginning, I was drawn to J.E. Builders homes because of their high-quality construction, well-designed floor plans, and beautifully crafted finishes that truly stand out.

J.E. Builders was exceptional to work with from start to finish. Jeran and Jessica were both highly professional and consistently went the extra mile to make the home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Jessica's attention to detail, dedication to her clients, and willingness to answer all of our questions and concerns made a lasting impression. She guided us through every step - from the initial meeting to the home inspection, walk through, builder trend, final touches, closing, and everything in between.

I would highly recommend J.E. Builders. Their entire team was a pleasure to work with, and thanks to them, we were able to purchase a beautiful home that we will enjoy for years to come.

We recently downsized and purchased a J.E. Builders patio twin home. I refer to this home as “small but mighty” it feels so spacious with the vaulted ceilings, big windows, and open floor plan. My favorite part of the home is the kitchen, it is thoughtfully laid out, and excellent quality finishes. The large island is great for gatherings! My husband loves the garage, the deep stall allows plenty of space for his big truck. It truly is a comfortable, quiet, solid built home. We are also super pleased with the customer service we have received, everyone is so friendly and quick to resolve issues that arise with new homes. We would, and have recommended J.E. Builders homes!

I am a local Realtor who works closely with home builders on a regular basis, and J.E. Builders has consistently been fantastic to work with from both a professional standpoint and on behalf of my clients. Every client I have worked with who has purchased a J.E. Builders home has been very satisfied with their experience. The most consistent feedback I receive is that they are easy to work with, take the time to listen, and never pressure clients into rushed decisions. Clients also frequently compliment the quality of their finishes, thoughtful designs, and clear, responsive communication.

In addition, I have received very positive feedback regarding their warranty program, with clients noting that J.E. Builders is easy to reach and addresses concerns promptly and professionally. Having worked with both exceptional and subpar builders throughout my career, I can confidently say that I highly recommend J.E. Builders to my clients!

JE Builders' entire team was nothing short of exceptional and definitely went the extra mile for their clients, from the beginning sale to the whole building process. They were always willing to answer any and all questions we had. Willing to meet with you when necessary, and make sure that your dreams for your home are met. They were willing to give input and ideas when asked for them. Not only was the build process nothing short of remarkable, but once our house was complete they were more than willing to continue to answer questions or give guidance where needed. The house itself is nothing but a beautiful quality home that we are happy to call our home! We could not have picked a better-fitting builder to build our dream home and will be forever grateful for all the hard work that is done. The team themselves are all very kind, generous people, and we feel lucky to have been able to work so closely with such a great team. We would highly recommend JE if you are looking to build. Guarantee, you won't be disappointed.

After researching multiple builders in the area. Browsing Facebook pages and photos, JE homes always had the most stunning looking homes. So we chose to use them for our first home build. The professionalism from start to finish is what made us realize we picked the perfect builder. Super responsive to all our questions, Suggested great ideas to our design plans. And finished our home before we were expecting it during a “pandemic”. I would definitely choose JE and recommended them to all my friends! Again, every individual we worked with was professional and very responsive! Thank you Jeran, LeRoy, Nick, Shane and the entire JE crew!
