After looking at several dealers for a compact tractor, a friend suggested a Kubota from Jenner. Josh a newer salesman, did his best to compare brands, explain all functions and features, agreed to trade and install newer hybrid tires before delivery, and went the extra mile to discuss and resolve a mixup with installed attachments and hydraulic configurations. I’m happy with our Kubota, 25 hours in the seat moving rocks, dirt, gravel, and logs, many more hours to go! Thanks to Josh and the Jenner team.

Updated review regarding recent Jenner service. Dustin the service manager and team, ordered parts, and then picked my tractor up to complete a warranty repair. Problem with faulty grapple control switch replaced and solved and returned same day. Customer service appreciated.

Parts department is awesome. I usually get greeted by kendra, and prefer using her. Went to 2 other equipment dealers looking for a male no 8 flatface quick coupler not getting anywhere. Kendra knew exactly what I was looking for and had it on hand. never got the wrong parts and always friendly and helpful and communicates well. Will always choose jenners parts department over other dealers that are closer to me. Running my own repair business I appreciate the great service it's extremely important to me.

I have been to Jenner multiple times. Most of the time the employees are great. They have one employee that is completely awful. Her name is Kendra. She is very incompetent and her customer service is terrible. I have also seen her trash multiple businesses on social media at this point. As an owner of a business, I would not want an employee doing that. She doesn’t just leave them bad reviews, she goes all over social media to a bunch of different local pages and does this. I know one of the businesses somewhat well and they are good people. I have followed them from Texas when I lived down there to the black hills now, where I live. At this point I will no longer do business here until she is gone. I won’t support businesses that have vile employees like this that try to hurt other small businesses.
