K & X Construction Services LLC

We had a great experience with K&X Contracting Services! They completed our retaining wall, stairs, and excavating, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. The crew was professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to the details throughout the entire project.

They showed up when they said they would, kept us informed along the way, and left everything looking great when the job was finished. The retaining wall and stairs came out beautifully and completely transformed our yard.

We would absolutely recommend K&X Contracting Services to anyone looking for reliable, high quality excavation or hardscaping work. Thank you for a job well done!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with and getting to know Kristian and his team at K&X on three mid-size projects at our house so far and plan to continue using their team going forward. So far we've done (1) a back room renovation, including cutting in a three panel door for a rear entry to our house, (2) rear patio creation with brick pavers, and a tiered garden bed, and (3) a side garden buildout with raised beds. He and his team are responsive, easy to communicate with, and quick to turn around quotes, which simplifies planning and budgeting. They meet deadlines, stay organized, and honor their pricing without surprises.

Overall, it’s been a positive experience. The only area for improvement would have been to provide more detailed scopes of work upfront and including simple sketches or drawings prior to starting work, and I've learned their team has now partnered up with firm to provide these up front. Looking forward to this benefit on the next job.

We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor. I will gladly provide a reference if you want to reach out via phone call or email.

Kristian and his team were amazing. We have been struggling to find a way to enclose our screened in porch with minimal hardware and eye sores. They developed a plan and it came out seamless. We are so happy with the work they did and how great it looks. Kristian was also extremely responsive. Once we had a quote the team started immediately and completed the job in 2 days. They were very trustworthy, prompt, transparent, and professional. We will definitely use them again in the future. 😊

Kristian and his crew did an outstanding job demoing our entire bathroom and rebuilding it from the ground up. The whole process was only 5 weeks from start to finish and this was a major remodel which involved removing and adding walls. The quality of the finished room is top notch! Before was a horribly cramped, single vanity, tiny stall shower with separate tub, ugly 1950’s bathroom. New photos are the curbless slate shower, open concept room, and double vanity.
