sales man Matt is not a man of his word I told him I would take a t870 send me the paper work and he said he would in a few hours but days later no paper work and don't answer phone come to find out he sold to someone else

In modern times most brands of machines are fairly impressive and reliable, It's your dealer that makes the difference. The Olathe branch of KC Bobcat is why I only and always will own Bobcat machines. Duke the manager, Mike in rental, and the service manager who I can never recall his name are outstanding people to deal with and have gone above and beyond in multiple circumstances to help me and my business thrive.
