Koenig Equipment

My experience with Koenig has been nothing but great. I needed to upgrade an old JD riding mower and I knew I wanted to go with a zero turn with a 42" cut. I am fine choosing the model I wanted by looking online, doing my research and simply just trust John Deere's reliability. Once I found the model I wanted, I called Koenig and Kaden assisted me. They had to have the model I wanted transferred in from another location, Kaden kept me updated the entire time. They detailed and delivered my mower to me on the day and time that they promised. Excellent service in my opinion.

I came in and bought a mower. I was given a price that we paid that day. I loaded the mower up and took it home. About a week later I got a call that they did not charge me any sales tax. I told the gentleman on the phone that I would be in to pay the sales tax as soon as I could. I received several more calls and messages asking when I would be there after I already let them know I would be there to pay it when I could. This was their mistake and not mine so I didn’t see a reason to go out of my way to make a special trip just for this. I was in Franklin today so I stopped by and paid them. I had planned to eventually buy a snow blade for my mower, an ego weed eater, back pack blower, and chainsaw from them. Due to the inconvenience and being contacted repeatedly after assuring them I would be in to pay when I could I will not be back to purchase anything else.

My 21-year-old Deere garden tractor finally wore out. I stopped at Koenig Equipment in Franklin, Indiana just to see what was available. Paul Ostapow spent a lot of time explaining the various models that would fit our needs. Later he spent his after-work Friday hours preparing a proposal so we could decide quickly.
The purchase process was as smooth as possible and delivery was prompt.
I am very pleased with the entire transaction--and the new tractor.
