L&L Contractors

We’ve had a stubborn window leak for years during heavy rainstorms, and previous fixes were basically just caulk-and-hope-for-the-best. L&L Contractors came out, took the time to properly assess everything, and methodically took things apart to find the real issue. They quickly discovered the problem, fixed it the right way, and even reached back out to lower the final cost from the original estimate.

Great service, quality work, and honest people. Big shoutout to Willie and Peter for taking such great care of us. We’re officially ready to weather the next storm!

We have used L&L Contractors for 2 projects.
We had them replace our old cedar siding that was in bad shape with Hardie Board. They did an excellent job and were easy to work with.
Recently we had them remodel our bathroom and replace our range top and cabinet with an updated look. We were out of town before this project was completed but they were able to complete it while we were away. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

L&L did an outstanding job on our new siding installation. What we really appreciated was the communication and personalization. We have an old home, built in 1941, and it came with its own surprises. They were able to handle everything our house threw at them and made sure they built it right. They installed installation, replaced old damaged wood, and built framing that would last. They were very transparent about additional costs, which were way less expensive than we expected. They stayed within our budget and did more than we expected.

I moved into a new house in July of last year and have said since the beginning that the only thing missing was a beautiful back deck. We wanted somewhere that we could relax, make and eat dinner outside, and entertain friends and family. Naturally, I took my dreams to the Pinterest search bar and 'pinned' everything that caught my eye. Trey Palmer with L&L Contractors far surpassed every expectation I set for my back deck.

I was involved in every single aspect of the process. From picking out materials, to talking about which way the wood grain would run - I was fully informed and active in the decision making process. Trey made sure that I was aware of the price, time frame, understood the entire process, and knew the workers that would be at my house each day. I genuinely can't say enough about the professionalism and expertise of this company.

I have received SO many compliments on the deck and the amazing space that Trey and his team created for us. I would (and will) recommend L&L Contractors to my family and friends. Thank you for doing such an incredible job!
