Working with Kevin has been an absolute pleasure. His commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism is evident in every project. This company genuinely takes pride in doing the job right the first time and never cuts corners. I’ve had the opportunity to see them take on some of the most challenging projects, and the results have always been nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail and dedication to excellence truly set them apart.

Kevin and his team produced top notch results in a timely and efficient manner. They were friendly and communicative. Seamless work and absolutely zero hassle. 10/10 will be using again for any paint, touch-up, and home repair/construction needs. I've never encountered this level of professionalism in any field, and I'm thrilled with both the work and the ease of transaction. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lenard General Contracting has handled repair and renovation work for a number of my clients - both buyers and sellers - and the feedback has been consistently positive. The quality of work is solid, communication throughout the process is clear, and responsiveness is reliable when questions or updates are needed.
What stands out most is the straightforwardness. Kevin is upfront about the scope of work, what it involves, and what to expect - which is exactly what clients need when they're navigating a real estate transaction. No surprises, no runaround. Just honest, competent work done by the right people for the job.
He's a contractor I refer with confidence, and I'll continue to do so.
