Good people but they are slack on receiving part for mower repair we brought in to them 2 weeks ago for not running. Therefore we have to rent one from. them and pay $80.00 a day until they can repair it They need to do a better job by following through. More money they can make off there customers by not fixing our mower in a timely manner

These guys are great! They’re honest, transparent, well informed. I brought my Husqvarna 150 T backpack blower due to no longer working. They called me and let me know I sucked something up through the exhaust pipe and it would be better for me to buy a new one versus have to replace the whole engine which would cost the same amount of money. I bought a new one and Tim was great to work with and he helped me out and answered all my questions and concerns.

Less picked up, repaired and delivered back to me my most recent purchase after performing multiple manufacturer warranty upgrades and repairs. James Mills handled all the interface with the manufacturer and kept me abreast of the progress. This was true customer service and a refreshing experience in modern times. Thank you Less and James.

My Landmaster four seater/dump bed UTV has been in and out for about 9 months. I have had it for a few days in between (each time waiting to come back in). This is the third time there for leak in rear differential and purportedly it has been fixed/housing replaced twice. They have now had it this time about 2 months. I have thousands spent. Unless I call, no word. Called this am at 9 am and now noon, with no call back. It may be a Landmaster quality issue (be wary of these), I do not know why they do not see the persistent leak when work is done. Other than filling these you could run bone dry and not know. It leaked Instantly when I brought home both times. I have gotten excluded with people out, trying to get through to Landmaster, etc. They sell these! What can I do? I gave a two as I have a heart, but what is going on?
