Met with the leadership team, and I will say I am very impressed. Very down to earth and personable. You can see how passionate they are about their work and their employees.

A major home renovation can be scary, especially when it's a total gut and re-build of our 95-year old house. We approached the project with some uncertainty. Will we get what we wanted? Will they stay within budget? Can we trust the contractors we selected? With Living Home Construction, the answers were 'YES'. For 8 months the Living Home team worked with us, our architect, and our designer to create our new home. Of course there were bumps along the way... a load-bearing wall removed , fitting all plumbing in a tight space, etc. But in the end, it all worked out.
The best things we can say about Living Home Construction are: They always made it right. The quality of workmanship was high. Our Project Manager was alway accessible and responsive. Their subs were great (we used and/or recommend them even after moving back in). And they stayed within budget (not easy in the current construction frenzy). Overall, we recommend Living Home Construction if you want a good experience and a great product.

Chris and the team at Living Home Construction are some of the absolute best in Utah. We contract and pour concrete for them and have only positive experiences to look back on. They are professional, respectful and dedicated to their craft as well as anyone I've worked work. 10/10 would recommend!

Chris and the Living Home Team are among the best of the best! We at Distinct Ltg and Elec have been working with Chris and LHCD for over 10 years. My crew is mix of all kinds of people and there has never been any prejudice from Chris or anyone affiliated with Living Home. If your wanting to build your dream home or remodel you won't find a better builder to work with that you can trust and who will be honest and upfront all along the way. As for quality.. again - best of the best!!!

Living Home Construction and Design is the best in the business. I have done work for them for many years. Chris and his team take great pride in every project, treating each one as if it was their own. I know I speak for all the other subcontractors that work for LHCD, we are honored to be apart of Chris's team. I would refer anybody I know to work with this fantastic company.
